Bought one two years ago, I was always super impressed with precision of the roller throughout the year. It rolls up/down at exact locations. Not a single millimeter shifts. One thing I was unhappy was though that Matter motor I chose does not connect and keep disconnecting. I gave up on that and used remote ever since. Two years later this month, I bought another two for kitchen windows but ordered bluetooth motors since I had bad experience with Matter motor. Still has same quality and loved how it integrate with SmartLife app. Even better, customer support sent me bluetooth motor to replace my old matter motor. I would replace rest of the blinds with HeyBlinds. Highly recommended.

Ordered 3 motorized blinds. it was very easy and clear selecting the specifics for the blinds. Arrived fairly quick . Other than tools, we received everything needed for the easy install. After reading through the manual, I was able to configure remote and phone app for controls without much difficulty. Very happy with the quality and adjustability of these blinds. Definitely enhances our living space!!!!

Let’s start with DO NOT do a factory reset (hold 4 times) like I did unless you absolutely have to, you will have a hard time trying to get them reprogrammed and it’s very tedious (setting your limits, setting it on different channels) The good news is heyblinds will “pre-paired the remote ready to use” FOR YOU. All you must do is wake it up per manual book. EASY TO USE- they don’t say that on the description I bought 4 blinds for my living room and only requested 1 remote . On my remote box it had said “remote 1-4” this means they PROGRAMMED IT already (I didn’t know this at the time) Each window is programmed per Channel on remote - example - (channel) 01 , 02, 03, 04… you can prompt to Channel (00) if you want all blinds to work at the same time or simply individually go to each channel (per window) Heyblinds is over seas so the communication was hard but was able to communicate through texting was fine. Monroe was super helpful and patient. I WOULD JUST ADVICE DO NOT DO FACTORY RESET(holding 4x) on none of your blinds unless you want to completely start over I am unsure why this product on Amazon says nonrefundable which will scare most ..but the manual pamphlet does say 2 year warranty on the motor.

Easy installation, remote was already set. I’m very impressed with this purchase! The shade is made of a very nice fabric and very quiet while in use From time of order to receipt was less than a week! I will highly recommend this company!

I spent over $7k for a custom job in another room in my house which I thought was astronomical so when I went to replace some old motor shades that were the wrong color, figured may as well try these out. These are insanely quiet, smooth, and perfect for my space- every bit as good as the ones I spent over $7k on. I ordered the sample books prior to ordering to ensure I got the color and material just right. Also got the hub to be able to set up a scene in the app to have them auto open and close. They shipped faster than promised. Obsessed with these and will definitely order more if I need them! Highly recommend.
