given as a gift and the tin was very attractive and true to the description . Tea was good quality - the item was value for money. Arrived in good time and had good experience with this purchase.

For some unknown reason the driver couldn’t find my address, even though I receive regular deliveries and never had a problem. Parcel delivered next day. Dragonfly call centre not at all bothered or helpful. Item fine exactly what I expected
