High quality and top RDA - no nasties! - top marks!
Excellent RDA of all the vitamins and minerals and the right types e.g B12 is in cobalamin form and capsule has no nasty bulking e.g calcium carbonate which hardens the arteries. Best swallow with a teaspoon of fat/cube of cheese to help the capsule do down. Thank you for using a glass jar and for leaving out all the toot that other companies sell. This is very good value and you do feel better. I am on my second order!

Great little vitamin
great for supplementing real meals. Love that they are using the proper stuff, instead of mountains of the carbonate crap. Wish they would put maybe a bit more vit D in the comp but I get that it is an all in one so they can't overdo on D3.

I like this product there are no bulking agents or fillers sutiable for vegetarians or vegans. if you are on medications such as blood thinning check before using, overall it is a good product and made in the UK and you can contact the company and speak directly to a member of staff.

Awful smell!
I bought these as they came recommended and the ingredients seemed to provide a good range of vitamins and minerals. However, I had to throw them out before finishing them as they smell so awful!!

Great Value and Results
I had been taking a leading brand of multi vitamins for many years and got recommended these by a friend. I was sceptical as they seemed quite expensive but they are 2 months worth instead of just the usual 1 from other manufacturers. Package arrived and very pleased to see an recyclable glass bottle of tablets arrive, no ‘bad for the environment’ plastic. Tablets themselves are very easy to swallow and have no bad taste. Since taking these I have felt more alert and ready for the day ahead. Leading a hectic work life and exercise regularly this is a blessing. I have recommended these to everyone who will listen. I am glad that I tried them and will continue to take these instead of the other brands.
