Coaching and Mentoring First-Year and Student Teachers

Had to buy it for a graduate level course. I didn't learn anything from it. It's basically useless sample conversations and charts.

I'm using this book for a class with mentors of teacher candidates and teaching fellows. It is very helpful in identifying good practices.

Item was sent with some of the plastic protective coating on the front cover peeling off.

Excellent.

This book provides alot of great practical guidance.
