The company did send me another to replace the first laminator . The first laminator’s off and on switch quit working within just a few months. I followed the directions explicitly that I received for the second laminator. The problem I am having now is poor adhesion. . The lamination does not adhere very well and I have to run meters of lamination before it adheres at 180 degrees. Then I notice that two thirds of it have not adhered at all. I am a teacher with a lot of material that I laminate for classroom materials. I have to peel away this lamination to run it again . It is a mess! Time consuming and so much waste!!!!Directions sent to me :set the temperature on 80°C then wait for machine to reach it. later push the start button and then increase the temperature gradually while the machine is running ,the temperature can not be directly increased to more than 100°C when turn on the machine. About the temperature change, when temperature reaches 80 ° C, then you can adjusted to the required temperature value such as 140 ° C.Press + to 140 ° C, and then it will drop to the current temperature such as 80 ° C

Used this to laminate posters and signs for business.

I purchased this machine in March of 2022. It worked great for six months. I went to use it last week, and it no longer worked. It wouldn't even turn on. I have been back and forth with the seller regarding what to do to try to fix it, as well as inquired about the one year warranty. I have gotten absolutely NOWHERE. I finally had enough and told him that I was done and wanted a replacement as it was still under warranty. He told me I could request a replacement through Amazon, but the only thing they can do, as so much time has passed, is issue a refund minus an $84 restocking fee. At least Amazon is attempting to help and they are covering the shipping. I guess it's better to lose only $84 instead of the full $500 or so I paid. Trust me, you will regret purchasing this machine. DON'T DO IT.

Laminator does not work - the on/off switch does not work.What are our options for getting repaired or replaced?

This product has already had issues. The switch to turn on machine has broke. We have had this machine less than 2 months and we only have 1 employee that uses it in a locked office. Would like a return call from company

Our product did not come with the tension knobs and the adhesion is so so at best. There is no good way to contact this company, STAY AWAY!

Button broke within a month to turn off and on and its past the 30 day return period!!!!

It did not even last a year. Do not buy
