There is very little articulation on this figure.

Is this the one with the foot sticker to scan or no?

No sticker to scan. Just the action figure in a plastic bag.

does this scale well with 6 - 7 inch figures

Spark dolls are under 5 1/2 inches.. So no they don't scale well.. But it depends.. Next to a 6 " Black series Star wars figure they are obviously small.. With some FA monsters they can be a little smaller. I went with the spark dolls to collect more of the series at a good price. (read cheap) But for me they just sit on a shelf by themselves.

Is he scale with the other figures in series? Like Zetton?

Ultram figure is 6.1 inches tall and Zetton figure is 5 inches tall.
