Size of packages

First off I ordered these the 1st week of November for Christmas gifts I did not receive them until this last Saturday January 25th. From looking at the picture before buying it looked to be at least 12 inches around, when I received the items they were about 7 inches.

Very flimsy. Broke almost immediately.

The product arrived intact, however, as my son was hanging it, he accidentally dropped it. It shattered like a flimsy champagne glass. It wasn't very expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for. But I wouldn't order this again, that's for sure.
