Manufacture is snarky and unhelpful with warranty replacement items
Was a great unit, until the lid broke and the cup cracked while being washed in the dishwasher. Says Dishwasher Safe but apparently not. The worst part of the experience was calling the company for a replacement lid and cup. The customernserive agent was near impossible to understand, was snarky, and after stating it wasn't in warranty, the replacement cup and lid have been out of stock for over a year. He ultimately tried to sell me a completely new unit for $75 rather than backorder the parts. Will not buy from Ninja again.
