Alberto Bellucci Italian Leather Messenger Briefcase Double Compartment Bag

This bag is really well-made. The leather is super soft and luxurious. The closure on the front is well-constructed, the inside is spacious, and again, this is really top-notch leather.That said, I ended up returning the bag. I had bought the "honey" color, and the shade of brown was more reddish than I wanted (it's hard to accurately judge the exact shade with just a few pictures all set against white backgrounds). Other than the color not being exactly what I wanted, this was an excellent bag that I would have been happy to use.A couple final things to note:- When I bought the bag, it was priced at $250. The current price, a month later, is $320. This may be one that you should set a price tracker on- I did eventually buy a bag, just not one of these. I ended up going with a briefcase made of waxed canvas. As a material, it was better suited to my needs: I can easily wear it with anything from a suit to casual clothes. If you are planning to use your bag in a super formal setting, leather might still be the best choice. But if you want a bag that looks good in a wide variety of settings, waxed canvas is worth considering. I'm quite satisfied with the bag I chose.

I really like this bag and can tell it will last years. My only issues were that it doesn't have many pockets for things like my old bag did, so if you carry a lot of little things around like I do, they'll be loose in one of the main pouch pockets. I had to trim down on what I carried in my prior bag as this one holds much less, but it made me cut what I carried down to what I really need. There are basically three main areas. Two are in front and can easily hold a thick leather folio with a note pad in each. The smaller pouch on the backside with the zipper is ideal for an iPad or something of that size or smaller. The leather is top quality.
