I love this because I can use it while sitting at my desk. I have been working at my desk a lot lately and wanted something that could allow me to workout without too much movement. This is great for this occasion. Also, I have been wanting to target the inner thighs. This little set came with a exercise guide book. The book includes exercises you can do with both equipment. Love it!

This does not provide enough resistance to be very useful. The ball is much smaller than I expected too. It’s like a kid size play ball. I don’t even know what to do with it. I feel like this is going to break easily.

I really like the Ring. Its Great. But the Ball is hard tokeep air in it. you can get the air in it but when youtry to plug is the air come out to fast so the ball go toflat for me. Other then tha it work Great doing my Yoga.

I love this Pilate's ring it was so easy to use as I am new to Pilate's and the fact that it comes with a ball is a great bonus

I’m a mat Pilates teacher and used a Gaiam Pilates circle for over 10 years before it finally broke after much use. I ordered DANLIA as a replacement. It is cheaply made. Mine arrived with dents and peeling plastic. The plastic ball sent with it has a very strong chemical odor. This product is flimsy and I don’t believe it will last very long with frequent use, there isn’t much resistence compared to higher quality rings. I could feel it cracking under pressure. For me, it’s worth paying extra to get a higher quality, more durable product that will last another 10+ years. I trust Gaiam and Stott Pilates for quality. Returning this one.

I was so excited to get this. It does the job but you can tell its straight out of china by the quality. The ball and ring are great to do all kinda of abs and thigh exercise with.

I love the color of this ring. I wish it featured a bit more resistance. I like this item but I am slightly disappointed in the limited resistance.

Love this little ring ! Gives you a tough workout without loosing shape or breaking. Better quality than other rings I have seen
