I cant use: 1, Q, A, Y, ^, and ° ; they are completely unresponsive

Strange, They work well for me. Question, did you Change the Computer Keyboard Input to German? Try this. Also clean your Keyboard.Hope this helps.

Hello, I have bought this keyboard and now I tried it out and it doesnt work its the same as my english keyboard! Is there a trick I have missed!

Browse or use the search box to find the languages you want to add, and then double-tap or double-click the language you want to add.If a language isn't already installed, you'll need to download a language pack so you can read text across Windows in the language you want. If you need a language pack, you'll see Available for download next to the language. Tap or click Options and then follow the on-screen instructions to install that language pack.Now you can set a language as the display language:1. In the list of languages in the Language Control Panel, check to see if the language you want has Windows display language: Available next to its name.2.
