Cannot Live Without This Supplement
I live in the Midwest and it's crucial to keep vitamin D levels up during our harsh, long winters. Very tasty and a compliment to juices.
After years of being unable to increase/retain Vitamin D3 after using OTC and prescription D3 I discovered D3 needed to be combined w Vitamin K for absorption. I also learned that Iron supplements need Vitamin C for absorption. Its very clear that Drs have no interest in learning about nutrition.
