Good Gardener String Trimmer Head Replacement for Echo Speed Feed 400 SRM-225 with M10x1.25LHF

Sorry to say this, but the info is misleading. I bought the trimmer head because it was to be the style that you fed the replacement line in on side, then pulled out the other evenly before winding up. NOT!!!!!!!! This one requires you to cut 2 lines evenly. Try to insert them just right till they stick in the right hole behind the bracket (takes a few times), then you can wind the line up. KEY is you need to do both at the same time, or you will be pulling the assembly apart. I am not happy at all that I was informed that the head was one style and it was not. I only bought it because the default head my trimmer had was the same feed each side in and spin it up. Very bad description of what the item is and highly deceitful. 1 star because I wasted my money for what should have been an improvement into how I can replace lines quickly and easily.

The only thing it would not fit my toro weed eater the wrong size trying to find adapter.if you stock one let me know,

I've purchased 4 different bump type weed eater heads in the last 2 years and this one is hands down the best. The other 3 I purchased had a very thin plastic bump head that wears through way too quickly. This one has a heavy duty plastic bump head and it is much smoother with less vibration when spinning.

It didn't fit my Stihl weedeater. Seemed to be very solid construction though.

I installed this on a featherlite sst25cfirst there are too many parts to keep tract of and direction of said partssecond the head is so heavy it throws the balance of the trimmer of making it near impossible to startthird if you do manage to start it the first time I hit the bump feed it exploded into many peices

Fits the Echo Gas Trimmer. Works like the OEM part, but price is less.

Perfect fit for my echo srm-225...... Finally have a trimmer head that actually works like it supposed to.

Good price and quality. A little hard to load
