I ordered this pump protector but received a different looking unit with same model number. The unit received indicates it is for 50Hz. is it usable?

The latest version of the protector is a smart version and has a different look, and is for both 50 hz and 60 hz. Please down load the latest version of the manual from hallmarkind.com. Or contact support@hallmarkind.com for latest manual. Thank you.

Will this work on a goulds 2hp pump?

This is made for Hallmark Industries' 2 HP pump with built in capacitor. We don't know about Goulds pumps and would say 'no'.

can This be reset for a 1.5hp pump?

The protector is adjustable. However we strongly recommend use this item with Hallmark Industries' 2HP deep well pump. Thank you.

I bought this product together with the ma0419x-12a, going deep down to 125 ft. please suggest me a wire type for this configuration?! thanks

my well is 80 feet down was told i can use 14 gauge wire ,but wanted to be safe and went for 12 gauge, works great,, 12 gauge is good to 175 ft on 230 volt , love the protector , ggod luck7
