So far I am thrilled. It arrived today, a full week before it was expected and was super simple to assemble. It comes with instructions but was not needed. I like how I can put it close to the wall because of the way it moves out as it reclines which leaves more space in the room. I only just got it so can give no word on durability but it is comfortable and I am happy with it now.

Poor quality

The faux leather is decent. Not the greatest, but not the cheapest either. These are particle board constructed. Relatively thick particle board that holds up for the heavier crowd. I wouldn't plop down on them quickly though. My biggest complaint is the covers for the arm-rest storage areas; they are thinner particle board, and fractured under my elbow weight when I pivoted to the side to get up. I weigh 190 lbs, not dramatically overweight. Don't lean on the arm rest too hard.
