Can you use these on a synthetic high heat wig?

Yes you can. I have ponytails I use them on.

How do these both stay in place and then easy release from your hair? Do they pull hair when you take them out?

You can secure them with pin curl clips sold separately on Amazon once the curler is cool just remove the pin curl clips and unroll the roller they do come out very easily

You use your blow dryer to heat them up
