Size is important! Once open can’t return.
Second order of smaller size much better! WARNING: measure, measure, measure because once you open it you can’t return it. If you need firm compression, measure down ½” to an inch.

Perfect for Arm lift (brachioplasty)
I had an arm lift and I have tried so many compression garmets at over the past couple weeks, and this is the best one, hands down! I ordered a size Medium because my arms are about 11inches around right now with swelling (the sizing chart on their website is accurate for sure!). I wear the garmet on the 3nd clasp (tightest setting) in between my shoulder blades, my shoulder to shoulder measurement is 15 inches. The garmet does not dig into my armpits (I have an incision line in that area) and sits really comfortably. The compression is perfect, snug, and has really helped releave swelling pain. It is also very breathable, so I am not overheating at night, like I was with other brands. I washed and dried the garmet the day I recieved it, and had no issues. I will be ordering a smaller size when the swelling goes down more.UPDATE: Ordered the size small and it is great, a little smaller in the shoulder area, which is good for me. Otherwise same review for the small and medium size.

Very tight
I like the compression of the sleeves however the top , where it fits in the shoulders/upper arms cut into my skin. If you are wearing these all day as I did that could be very uncomfortable. However I love how they felt and looked on

Great quality
Bought this one as a second pair needed for after arm surgery. This is the same type the surgeon put on me. I want a second pair so I could wash the other. Great fit for compression, comfort is nice, a size I would recommend measuring your arm to get the correct Size. My only issue is the tightness around the armpit where the incision is, but I just put gauze between the garment and my armpit. Very durable and much more comfortable than any other I tried. I tried the ones with the band under the bra and across the chest, but very uncomfortable. I tried single arm garments, but they didn’t fit properly. So I spent the extra money to get this garment, which is the same. The surgeon used. Highly recommend these.

Great quality, sleeves do not bunch up
After brachioplasty I had to wear compression sleeves for six weeks. I initially had a pair of sleeves like this (same manufacturer) but 3/4 length but I found the sleeves kept rolling up above my elbows and felt like a hair tie on my arms, on top of surgical incisions and it was both painful and annoying to constantly unroll them a only to have them roll back up the second I moved at all. I visited the manufacturer’s website to see if they had any ideas about the issue and saw they had a full sleeve option. I ordered these and it had completely resolved the issue with the sleeves rolling up. The sleeves are several weeks old now and they haven’t stretched out despite constant wear and frequent runs through the washer. They also do a great job of wicking away moisture and despite having surgery in June and wearing them into August, they are not nearly as hot as I thought they would be.

Good if you don’t have wide shoulders
The pinching in the armpit is so painful. It works as intended, but I’m seriously considering cutting the seam in the armpit as the pain from that seam only is ungodly.
