Great product and perfect for taking on trips as you can eat right from the package. I will shop again!

I have just one recommendation... more variety... Thats the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Im sure it has to do with the water content of the vegetables and some would just shrink down to nothing, but there has got to be more then just four they could get in here. Other then that, Im glad I made this purchase.

This can help fill some vitamins that may be missing when using the calorie bars. However it does not have the fats that you will need. The plastic container could have been filled up a bit more, but it suffices for the job. It just feels extremely cheap, like no love and care went into the production of this. I prefer Wise foods, but that is personal preference. This will work, I didn't waste my money. But I should have spent a touch more for quality.

followed the directions, potatoes never got soft, green beans tasted dry frozen, I guess I could survive off of it if I had to, but that's the only thing I'd buy for it again... An apocalypse.

Disappointed. The number of servings and serving sizes are quite misleading. I have been very happy with Emergency Essentials #10 cans of individual varieties and should have just stuck with that. This one seems poor for the price in comparison.

The fresh taste and long term storage feature of this product makes it worthwhile. Arrived within only a few days of ordering.

Tried the green beans, I let them soak at room temp for about .45 mins. They were still kind of firm. My 7 yr old did not like them. I think they would be great in stew or pot pie. The directions say to soak at room temp for 30 mins or 2 -3 mins in micro wave. Each package calls for 1 cup of water, that did make enough for dinner for 3 people. ( not real big servings) I would order again . Super fast shipping

A little behind the delivery schedule but Food for Health took care of the delivery fee. Packaging was great and it will be a nice addition to my food stores.
