iPhone 6 User's Manual: Tips & Tricks to Unleash the Power of Your Smartphone!

For someone like me that is not tecky, It is a good starting place. I tried several before I bought this one. All were written so that I could not get along with them. This one I can understand. At least I can do a little more than make and receive calls! Bottom line, I would buy it again. Lewis

I've always had an Android phone and when I switched to the IPhone 6 I was totally lost! I tried another book prior to purchasing this and it was no help at all. It was difficult and complicated. THIS book, however, is written in a way I can totally understand. It is simple but hits most of the points necessary to operate your phone, plus some Insider Tips that I really like. I can't say enough about this book. I LOVE it and highly recommend it to anyone new to IPhone 6. I sat down with my phone and this book and just started reading and trying all the things the book talks about. It is indeed an excellent User's Manual!

This book is probably not for the rank novice, as I am. The very first thing I looked for help on was how to change the ringtone for incoming calls. It's not covered.

It did NOT turn out to be the informative book I had hoped. Trying to find a "real" manual has turned up "0" and this book joins that search.

Found out how to use some of the apps. Im one step above idiot.

Only thing I would suggest is that in next edition of this manual they add an index in the back. Table of contents in front helpful but index would make it faster to identify where to find the specifics on what you need. Thanks.

It wasn't as comprehensive as thought it would be. Okay, but not great.

Much too general for Iphone beginners. Explanations would help only those who already were comfortable with their iPhone. A true iPhone neophyte would profit very little using this book.For example: It would help only those who would say, "Oh, now I remember! A true iPhone beginner would rarely say, "Oh, I see!"

This is an A5 sized paperback with black and white illustrations throughout. Simple explanation of how to operate the iPhone 6 and small enough to carry in car glovebox. Colour would make it easier and more user friendly but still represents good value for money in these days when no instruction book is provided with the new phone. Easier to read and understand than looking it up online. I was so impressed I purchased the equivalent book by the same author for Samsung S5 for my friend.

Excellent. I bought this for my wife as she got an iphone 6.Unbelievable that there was no manual at all with it.This book beats trawling the net and is easy to use.Recommended.
