This is a good product, but the can runs out really fast...like maybe 2-3 applications and it's done. If you ony need to touch up one area, it's OK, but if you are trying to cover roots between coloring, it may take half a can each time.

I use this root magic after one month of getting my hair professionally colored. It takes care of the re-growth and gray hair. After I use this on my roots, I go back to my hair stylist in about two-three weeks for the professional color.

I wait a long time in between hair salon appointments and this product is what helps me do that and save a lot of money by touching it up myself.

I am normally a dirty blond with grey hairs mixed in with the blond. I have spent thousands of dollars on salon quality highlighting and coloring, and only one hair stylist got it right. Unfortunately, my hair stylist moved away. Since then (that was in 2020), I have not gotten the same results from anyone else. So, I have researched products and purchased different ones. Neither the hair stylists nor products I have bought have left me with natural looking roots. Each and every time, I have come out with brassy roots. Not with this Root Rescue product. This product leaves me looking naturally looking blond. I sometimes use two kits to achieve the desired results, but it is worth it. It is much cheaper for me to color my roots with this product than continue visiting different hair stylists only to be disappointed, out about $200.00, and left with brassy roots. Love this product.
