Chicken Enchilada Soup Mix - Double Pack

For $17, I was under the impression this “double pack” was two boxes. It’s not. Just one box with two packs of seasoning only. You have to add all the ingredients because it’s just seasoning.

The recipe called for milk but the powder separated from the milk and no matter how long I let it boil, it stayed separated and the powder never dissolved into the milk. It didn't taste the way it used to years ago when I ordered these from the fundraiser books. I was very disappointed with my purchase.

MMMMM This stuff is soo good and very easy to fit into a low calorie diet. I added black beans, corn, rotel tomatoes, shredded chicken and a can of chilis=) Topped it off with cilantro, onions, Pokey chips and cheese...... MMMMMM

I absolutely love this soup. I bought a package as a fundraiser from one of the students at school. I loved it so much that I hunted the company down on the internet so I could replace what I had used. I add crunched up tortilla chips and shredded cheese to the soup when I serve it. It's like enchiladas in a bowl.

This is the perfect chicken enchilada soup. Perfect blend of spices and super easy to make. I initially bought it through our high school for their fundraiser. I’m so happy I found it on Amazon

this is the absolute best enchilada soup mix available anywhere. it has cilantro in it too, which i love. i swear, the people that i have prepared this for eat it like it is there last meal!! everyone loves it and says that it is better than any enchilada soup from any restaurant that they have tried. agreed. you will have this product on your monthly grocery list. each box comes with 2 packets equals to 2 meals.
