Motorcycle Gel Seat Cushion

Comfortable and fit great! Also quality is top notch!

Like all pads I've tried, this BornBehindBarz seat pad doesn't solve the butt pain problem, just reduces it. The BBB pad issimilar to the Conformax Topper Excel pad in price and quality, but the BBB mounts more easily - the BBB has nice, simple integrated elastic straps vs the Conformax's regular nylon straps are tricky to figure out. However, the Conformax mounts more securely vs the BBB constantly has one mounting hook coming loose. The BBB pad is thicker, but the Conformax is a little bit wider, the BBB feeling slightly 'tippy-floaty' by comparison. I now have them doubled up, the Conformax on top (see my pics at amazon's Conformax Topper Excel page). The next time I tour I'm going to take the further measure (going by another rider's experienced advice) and hike 2-3 miles every day to re-boot my booty. I got this for my boyfriends motorcycle because he was complaining about the seat on the bike wasn't too comfortable and he loved this so far he's been riding with it for a few months now and says it's still holding up great!

SMALLER THAN STATED !! I ride BMW GS 1200 I need the width and length as mentioned in the AD. this fell way short. see photos. Length by 1.5 inches and width by an inch... returning. CLIPs are too large and made of steel they dig into my legs. Poor design Do not recommend. Recommend clips made from HDPE, plastic or other synthetic material.

This is the worst motorcycle seat I've ever seen. It does clip onto the seat easily, except these huge metal clips stick out from the seat and dig into/scratch your legs, even snagging on my pants. I rode down my street and turned around to take the thing off. The seat itself is harder than my original seat. Worst thing I've ever bought from Amazon and I am returning it right now.

Fit my 950s multistrada perfect and the Velcro adjustable straps where nice also

I installed this on my Honda Cb300F. The mounting straps are looser than I’d like, but you don’t have to pull the seat to get it on. I’ve tried sheepskins and air hawks , and this is way more comfortable. It will raise your seat height a little, which was good in my case but if you’re short, may be something to consider. I was hesitant to spend the money on a slab of gel (whatever that means) but it’s actually really comfortable, soaks up bumps, and the additional seat height was a bonus for me. The cover is almost too slick- but I seem to settle in a good spot. It’s so much more comfortable i’ll ride right past my house and cruise a few more miles after work. As seat covers seem to be pretty rider specific , I’m 6’1 190# and using it on a shorter bike if that helps guide your application . I didn’t expect to, but I’d recommend it as it’s the best I’ve found short of new seat foam.
