This hair roller will make your hair frizzy, not smooth at all. Not recommended.

This is my first time to buy it and I don’t know how to use it before but it very easy to use,and I ‘m very very like this product!

It takes some getting used to but I like it !!
I am still trying to get the hang of using it . You have to make sure you have it rotating the right way on each side of your hair

Great curls, poor quality
I liked the options of heat for the curls and I generally liked the curls. After using it less than 1 month it started to multifunction. It started making crackling sounds when warming up and in use. Then a burning smell and some smoke coming from the base near the clip. I was too nervous to leave it plugged in.It also beeped way too much to let you know when there's been enough heat to the curl. Once my husband thought that there was something going on with the washing machine but it was the curler making all the beeping noise. I was on the second floor and he was on the first floor and he could hear the beeping. I returned the item.

Update: I really wish that I could give this product a better rating. After my last review, customer service reached out to me and sent me a replacement right away. They were great. However, the very first time I used the new iron, I had issues. The turning stops mid-curl for no apparent reason, thus rendering it into an overpriced curling iron. While the customer service is top-notch, the quality of this product is sub-standard and it is not worth the price.I have had this product for a week and have loved using it. However, as I was getting ready this morning, I turned the iron on and tried to use the 'up' button to set the temperature and the button pushed inside the iron. I now can't even turn the iron on. I am very disappointed with the quality of this product!! ;(

Cheaply Made
It malfunctioned quite a bit, wouldn't heat up even though the light was on to the highest temperature and left on for a good few minutes, had to turn it on and off several times and touch the barrel to check if it was heating. Cheaply made, can see the rubber buttons move about when you press them. Although when it did work, it was fine, curled my hair, curls lasted a day. But still would not recommend.
