More Detailed Goods Pictures
I understood the specifications of this product by product description.But I wanted to know the product exactly that I would buy and,I want to know the product I bought and I got is the identical one you sell in Amazon web site.So I wish the product pictures to be more detailed without barcode to look at the printout of your product.

NOT NEW but refurbished
This device is being advertised as new, when it should be marked as refurbished. This unit is an OEM shell/board, with the battery cells replaced. Very clearly I might add. Shoddy soldering job on the batteries, and the case is superglued back together, after they break them open to change the cells. I ordered two and had to send one back, and the case was so poorly glued that it broke apart and was bulging. I couldn't get it into the system because of this, it was touching the backplane.While yes, they do still work, it's not something I'd trust putting into production equipment. All it takes is one bad solder joint and say goodbye to your entire system. But if it's home lab use or just for testing, maybe it makes sense for you.

No Problem With Return and Refund.
Unfortunately, I had to return the battery pack because it was broken/didn't work. Upon closer inspection I noticed rust and questionable soldering. Please see pictures. However, the seller was definitely understanding and communicated very well. Refund was quick and painless. It could have been just plain bad luck on my part, sometimes these things can happen and a bad product can get by QA. Can happen on brand new products too. Totally understandable. I wouldn't hesitate to try again and reorder in the future should the need arise.If it had worked I probably would have given another star or two. My biggest concern there was the rust. It has been exposed to moisture and a lot of it at one time or another. That should not occur with electronics, especially server parts... servers are normally kept within tightly controlled environmental parameters (dew point, temperature, and relative humidity) as to not cause damage and prolong service uptime with minimum disruption. The visible rust makes me wonder about the back story of this little guy, what has it seen or been through? Even if the "18650" batteries in it had been replaced, if the board was ever exposed to water or foam, any kind of moisture due to a fire or other incident... it's likely the board has been fried or damaged in the process.

Easy install and genuine HPE parts.
The old one took the server down bc cache write fault, got this, easy install and server powered on with no issue.
