Great Loom!
A wonderful choice for anyone wanting to try weaving. I looked at many options but decided on the rigid heddle loom based on price, size and what the loom was capable of producing. I chose the 32 inch since I planned to use the loom to make fabric for sewing projects along with scarves, shawls etc.A warping peg was included along with 2 shuttles. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions and it was well made so, everything lined up properly. The loom also came with instructions for a scarf project so you can learn to warp the loom and weave a small portion before trying a larger project. It's a good sized loom but it's not cumbersome to sit with it resting over my lap with the other end on the table. If I had it to do again I MIGHT get the larger one but I'm honestly very pleased with the 32 inch model. My only recommendation for extras would be to get a beater. Your selvages will be a little neater but otherwise, this loom comes with everything you need to get started weaving other than your yarn.Enjoy!

I love my new loom!
I have to say I am very pleased with the purchase. I got a 32" and it's huge. Yes, it $350 after taxes, but it's well worth the price if you want a loom.Although it was easily assembled, I had to use a drill to screw in the screws for the turning knobs as they would not go in by a hand screwdriver. Other that, there were no issues with the assembly.

High Quality, Beautiful Loom
I've been pleased with the quality and usability of the Ashford Rigid Heddle loom. I have the 32", which is great as I am making rugs and blankets, and having a wider weaving width makes that job easier. I've made table runners, scarves and rugs so far with ease. Even when working on smaller projects, the 32" does not seem bulky. I recommend the 32" for those who want to do a wide range of projects.I think this loom is great for beginners and experienced weavers. It is easy to put together, and you will be weaving in no time! This comes with everything you need to start weaving (except for yarn). If purchasing, know that the wood is raw and unfinished. I prefer this, as I was able to choose how to finish it (I used a satin finish polyurethane - it turned out beautifully). I would be sure to research ways to finish wood (I.e., linseed oil, polyurethane, etc.) So you know what the result will look like and how to finish the wood properly.

Fantastic loom
Easy to assemble, arrived quickly, just as easy to warp as my 10", definitely uses more muscles to weave on it than my small one. A boat shuttle would help, for sure. Great loom though. I have no regrets about getting it!

Nice large rigid hedle loom
I purchased this loom against the advise of my loom instructor as she believed it was too big for a 5"4" woman to use comfortably. I'm very happy I didn't listen. It is a beautiful piece made of solid wood, no glued together wood. Although it's not finished the wood is extrememly smooth. Unless you're keeping outdoors there is no need to put a finish on it in my opinion. This loom has unlimited potential for a hobbiest or someone like me who has a home business weaving and spinning fibers. It is easy to use but I found the directions for assembly lacking any useful illustrations or instructions. I had to contact Ashford for help.

Great loom!
Bought this because I have been wanting to learn weaving for years...I knit, crochet and occasionally sew and this was a natural next step. Did minor research but not much. Happened upon this listing and I’m glad I did. Good, solid wood construction. Took an hour to put together (lol I cannot follow instructions apparently, lots of bloopers) but I was able to do it by myself. I can tell I’m going to love it, now I just need the stand to come!

Easy set-up and learning!
So I've been a knitter for about 8yrs and love knitting. But certain textile patterns are difficult to knit with ease, which is why I looked into weaving. I was initially intimidated by the price of weaving looms compared to the items needed for knitting. I did tons of research on the size of looms and what you can make on different looms, ultimately leading me to get the 32" rigid heddle. I'm thrilled with this purchase! At first, I was very intimidated by the size as the 32" loom is much wider then it is long, but you quickly get used to it. I decided not to stain or finish the loom as I like the current look and am not too worried about damages to it. Being 6'1", I didn't purchase the stand because I can still easily reach things, but I could see the size being an issue for people with shorter arms. Ashford has tons of videos for this loom which helped me warp it as well as troubleshoot problems during the weaving. I've had it for a couple weeks now and have steadily gotten more ambitious with my projects and am excited for what's ahead. Once I get used to the initial parts, I'm going to buy a second heddle kit and other heddles. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in learning weaving and expects themselves to pursue a range of projects as am I.

Fun
My wife loved this new Kraft it teaches old skills in today’s world of high tech. It helps develop and keeps the mind active with our grandchildren as well as producing a useful product. Neck scarfs being the most popular
