This thing is the bomb! We use it at least twice a week. It makes the best soft serve ice cream. We pour in the ice cream mix we bought on Amazon directly into the hopper, add the required amount of mix, push two buttons, and sit back for less than 20 minutes to eat delicious ice cream. Soooo easy. And soooo good!

I’ve only used it on the soft serve setting. Within 20 minutes of putting the product in the machine we had Frosties! They came out the same consistency as from the big fast food chain. Only thing was that we couldn’t get all of the product out of the machine. There was still a good portion in the machine when it wouldn’t dispense anymore. It’s a heavy machine and it takes take up a bit of space. Looking forward to making slushies in it! It does come apart easily for cleaning. I would recommend this machine.

I love this machine. Made alcoholic and non alcoholic frozen drinks over the holidays and they were amazing. I also made homemade ice cream using the recipe that came with the machine. The ice-cream was tasty but a little softer than I would have liked. I plan to try other ice-cream recipes.

I ended up getting this after realizing that the Ninja Creami is a glorified blender. So far it's worked out really well! I've used it to make slush Martinelli's, slush diet lemonade with allulose that ended up freezing too much (I think it can probably freeze diet drinks without needing any added sugar), a healthy vanilla ice cream recipe I found online, and the vanilla ice cream recipe they included in their booklet. The ice cream comes out as soft serve, which is perfectly fine for me! It is super easy to use, the instructions make sense, and it's easy to clean. Things with sugar freeze pretty fast taking less than 30 minutes. If you're using anything low sugar, it'll freeze but it'll just take longer. They also have different levels that control how much it cools the liquid down, effectively changing the texture.

Great machine, great price. My grandkids are always asking me to make ice cream and milkshakes. Great customer service that is willing to help with your needs and quick to respond! UPDATE: I just wanted to commend the incredible customer service I received when a had a broken part! The replaced the part and we didn't pay a single penny. Highly recommend this machine!!!

Granted I’ve only had this machine for a few days and I did have to YouTube the directions But, my son and I absolutely love this machine! Ice cream and slushies. So easy and QUIET!
