Have had for two weeks. Works great so far. Friend had told me the plastic clasp tends to wear out over time. She keeps hers in the bag invade it comes unclasped. I did this as well and still came out fresh and clean. I hung up the bra to dry instead instead of putting the ball in the dryer. It was too loud tumbling around in the dryer.

Actually bought this to keep small items with Velcro from ruining the rest of my laundry in the wash. I heard clunking in the wash machine but assumed it was just the ball up against the sides. When I went to put my clothes into the dryer I found the ball in three separate pieces and my items with Velcro were once again stuck to the rest of my wash.

I am horrible at washing my bras...there I said it. This thing works great, and I really feel like my bra is clean when I take it out of the washer. It's a little bulky but I suppose it has to be to do a good job. I've considered buying another so I have 2, I just haven't made the next purchase.

I love the bra maid, however, it has fallen apart on my a couple of time. I quickly realized that you should not use the bra maid on any other cycle than regular or delicate. Otherwise, it has worked out great and my bras say Thank You!

Nowhere in the description did it say that this is only good for a 38D. I had set it aside and did not use it for about a month and half. So I was outside my window to return it. So when I did go to use it, my bras would not come close to fitting in it. Now I can't even return it. Very disappointed.
