I like it!
This thing really defrosts stuff faster than normal, i.e., instead of a 6 hour defrost, it may be 3-4 hours. So, it's not instant, but it does work. It also helps to turn frozen stuff over about every half hour to an hour and run it under the faucet each time. I would like one that's about 2-3 times this size if that exists. The tray underneath really is helpful in catching juice, especially chicken. I place mine on a towel on the counter in case there's any frozen product hanging off the side that I don't notice.

Great product when you're in a rush!!!
This is a fantastic product especially if you run a busy household where you need your meals/meats, etc. thawed quickly! Countless times I can recall scrambling to unfreeze something and then partially destroying dinner as a result... this is a definite solution.

worked better than i thought
I got this as a gift for a friend and we tried it out, it worked better than we thought. we weren't sure what to expect with the whole craze, but it totally worked! I'm gonna be ordering one for myself now. Good purchase

Safe to use
This works well enough for me. Better than waiting a day to defrost something in the frig.Easy to clean. Just a put the meat on the board and wait. average time for some stuff runs around 1 hour or less. Do not expect 15 minutes on anything. We only use it for steaks,hambuger,chicken breast, fish. Check every 15 minutes as you will have to flip the meat ( or you should at least)

Not very effective. Waste of money.
I had high hopes for this but it doesnt really do much. Food has to be completely flat in order to do anything and even then thawing seems so slow. I'd much rather use the thaw setting on the microwave, especially for meat. Otherwise it sits out way too long. Really disappointing for the money.

Too small, took forever to thaw meat. Board doesn't fit in tray right. Not worth the price

This is so handy when you forget to take something out of the freezer and have a few hours to spare to dinner!! Have used them on an off for years!! I know when I need it it’s there and will do it’s job!! Beats putting things in microwave where sometimes when defrosting it cooks!!

Didn’t work
Doesn’t work as well as it says I had frozen chicken on it for 2 hours doing what the instructions say and the chicken was still frozen
