YETI Hopper Flip 12 Portable Cooler

Love it. As long as you pre-cool it and place the ice packs on the top then it stays cold all day! At one point I took out carrots and they went from cool to frozen despite being in the cooler for 5 hrs with nothing but a large ice pack. Great for packing a full day of food for when I am working all day. Easy to clean also. Took it to the beach and sand just washed off with an easy rinse.

Thick, heavy, big and well made. I can see this thing lasting a long time. The walls are super thick and it keeps my food super cold. I put three small ice packs on the bottom and four small ones throughout (I use mine as a lunch and dinner bag for 12 hour shifts) and sometimes my food comes out frozen! The zipper is very tough as it seals in air. It definitely takes some getting used to. Make sure you zip it until it locks at the very last tooth so it seals properly and you have no leaks.

Great cooler, perfect size for all aspects of life.

The color is gorgeous/unique. Delivery almost immediate & the cooler was in pristine condition/packaging was quite protective. I wanted this particular size as I felt it would be sufficiently compact to fit behind my driver's seat as we travel; yet, large enough to hold an adequate amount of ice/drinks/and traveling snacks. I found it to b a perfect size & more importantly, a perfect weight. I'd read reviews that had said the zipper was very difficult to use. I, happily, found the zipper worked perfectly. To open or shut the cooler, a 'hard,' consistent pull is necessary, but this is due to the need for the cooler to remain water tight. It works!! The cooler kept anything within it very cold throughout a travel day (typically 12 hours). At that point, I would place the ice pack in the freezing compartment of the hotel room's refrigerator & if there was sufficient room, I would also place the cooler in the main part of the refrigerator. If the actual cooler can be cooled, it adds multiple hours to the desired cooling. I'm very pleased with all aspects of this cooler.

Such a beautiful color. Bigger than I thought, but it will definitely work. Of course it’s made sturdy. Shoulder strap cones in handy.

This cooler works wonderfully, is the perfect compact size, and is easy to carry even when it’s full. It retains the cool temp and truly does its job! While it does come with zipper lubricant, the zipper is still pretty tough to open and close.

Very nice robust cooler. Keeps drinks cold and ice solid for a long time. The strap is very sturdy. Need to oil the zipper to loosen it a bit. I’m happy with this purchase. Love the colour.

Have a couple of yeti products and you can’t beat them. This one is excellent ! Keeps cold food cold , hot food hot ! Used it recently for takeaway Chinese food and it worked a treat.

Keeps the ice packs frozen all day, love it! Yes the zipper is hard to do up but what do you expect for something that is air tight essentially? I follow the directions, at least half is flat ice packs. I add towels on top to close the open space. Super happy I bought it, use it nearly everyday because I have a restricted diet and have to carry my food with me. I wish I could get this in pink in the size 8 hopper! I did get the pocket but it’s not user friendly. I do wish the cloth trim was black though because it’s already getting dirty.
