Muubaa Women's Sirius Biker-Leather Jacket

I'm 5'11 133lbs and normally wear size 6 or sometimes 4. I got this jacket in size 6 and it was too small in the shoulders and sleeves were way too short. I exchanged it for size 8 and it's too big. Sleeves in size 8 are still too short yet its quite big in the chest area. I unfortunately had to return as sad as i was, too bad they don't make it in size 7!

the leather is soft, matte, comfortable. people always compliment how cool I look in this jacket and ask me where I got it. very easy to wear and fits great.

I have read so many mixed reviews on the sizing for Muubaa leather jackets that I figured a exchange or two was likely. However, I followed the size chart on the official Muubaa website and went with the closest measurements. I am 5'9" 135lbs, 36" bust, 27" waist and the size 8 fit perfectly. I usually wear a medium; a size 6 or 8. The shoulders were not too small and the sleeve length is perfect, maybe an inch past my wrist with arms straight.I definitely wouldn't have gone smaller because the leather is quite thin and I would worry it might possibly tear at the arms if you wore it snug. The quality is beautiful none the less and actually cheapens the look of the rest of my wardrobe, hanging in my closet.

I love this jacket, bought it at Nordstrom, which was higher priced.I'm 5'2" and curvy, meaning I have wider hips and this style of jacket is really nice and it accommodates real women with curves.I normally wear size M, which I do wear in this jacket with size 8.The boxier styles on other jackets don't work well for my curves, but this jacket has some great seamings and detailing for the bust and waist.I own about 5 leather jackets, different brands, colors, and styles and this jacket is probably one of my favorite.I wear it a lot, thus got some scuffs and wear signs.I take care of my leather jackets with the whoohoo-clean leather care product which I also bought here.
