I bought two sets and I LOVE them! They are made of real wood-you can smell the lumber when you open the box. The wood is great quality yet it has character as well. Not too shiny and perfect, it's rustic. The brackets are solid, heavy, and matte black. They're the L brackets with a lip over the edge and you can screw attach the wood to the bracket if you want. It is a two person job to get everything level and with two people, it took ten minutes to put up. By myself, it would've been possible but difficult and I would've had to double check my pencil marks several times. But it would be possible. I love the look and the quality of these isn't one of the best I have seen! Especially at this price point. I wish this company made 12" deep boards because I'm planning to rip down a section of my cabinetry and replace with 12" deep shelves just like these. I would recommend and I will be buying more. These shelves are so beautiful! I am not one to leave reviews usually but I am honestly amazed at the quality of these shelves. I was looking for something to hang behind the toilet in my bathroom to make use of the wall space and these did just the trick! The brackets are heavy cast iron and fit perfectly with the wood itself. Its real wood! They smelled like stain/polyurethane when I opened the box but it wasn't anything too strong and they do not smell since being in my bathroom where I hung them. I loved that they came with the screws and drywall anchors as well with instructions to assemble them. Honestly, I could have made these shelves myself easily but I love the convenience and not having to put in all the work for them. I love them!

These shelves are absolutely gorgeous. I can't believe how beautiful they are. They're really high quality in every way possible. The wood is stunning, and the brackets are as well. I'm particularly impressed with the instructions. I've never before successfully installed something with wall anchors, but the instructions were so clear and straightforward (and actually kind of friendly and encouraging to tell you the truth) that I thought, what the hell, I'm going to try this myself instead of waiting for my handyman. And I did it! What's more, I did it in about ten minutes. I could not be more pleased. * I saw that another review complained about the rough side of the shelves. These shelves are "rustic" looking so that side is supposed to be visible. It's not a defect!

Installation is easy, the price is fair for what you are getting. They are shorter in depth than I thought but they work great for above the toilet and look great. They did not come with screws, but we always have some handy so that wasn’t a problem. One of the brackets came in with the holes drilled in the wrong spots, I emailed them and they responded the same day that they are shipping an entire new set of brackets. I am very happy with the product and customer service!

I am obsessed with these shelves! They are the perfect size, I love that they don’t stick off the wall too far. They are sturdy but lightweight and super easy to assemble. I put them in my bathroom over the toilet and they look great.

These shelves are beautiful! They donʻt look cheap at all. My husband and I put them in our bathroom and they hold up lotion bottles, candles and extra toilet paper real nice. However, installing was so hard. It should be easy and fast, but if youʻre installing in drywall, beware! The plastic things that the screws go in, theyʻll round out so fast and the holes you drill into your wall will be gigantic. We were so disappointed in this. At least the shelves look nice, but you may have huge holes in your drywall if you ever take the shelving off.

Very easy to install and sturdy. I had no issues with the anchors that came with the product. I got the special walnut and the 24inch width. It is wide and deep enough for what I wanted to put on it. It is brown not grayish brown but I still like it. It does not have a clean edge at some points but I was able to flip the board over and/or adjust the placement of the brackets on the board to install it stable and straight.

The shelves are going to look just fine on the wall (probably). However when they came, they had a few gross spots on the board that look like open wounds with larva inside (see photos). They also had some SUPER sticky glue residue on parts AND they stunk! Like…when I get cancer some day I’m blaming this company for whatever the heck potent chemical is on these things! I had to air them out in the garage for a few days and now they’re fine but seriously: for $50 and a fairly simple set up, I’m amazed at how low the quality of craftsmanship is. If their aesthetic wasn’t exactly what I was looking for I’d be sending them right back.

Love these shelves!!! Perfect size. Easy install. Lovely wood. I split the set over two walls - still looks great. Might need to buy more!!

They worked well for the space I needed them. The mounting hardware was great, as one side is not mounted to a stud. They are solid.

Love these shelves. They were exactly what I was looking for to complete my babies nursery! Highly recommend!! Since my first review I have purchased 2 more sets and I am very happy with them as well.
