I purchased this screen as a means to pull data off my previous phone. at first, for the price i wasn't expecting it to perform the way it does. so far i havent had any issues with the screen in any form, the one i had received is actually brighter than oem. But that might vary depending on the manufacturing line. overall, the screen is good as a replacement. only note is that instructions arent included, but this phone is simple to disassemble. you just need a heatgun to remove the adhesive, then its a tab to remove. no screws needing to be taken out. (this review is based off of the Emerge J3 from sprint (Model: SM-J327P), i am unsure about other phones that use the same screen, so do your research on the disassembly process if other phones)

Seller made things right on issue with screen protector, so 5 star rating is justified for the main part of the item (screen repair).See original review below:Okay, so the fundamental part of item is to repair my cell phone screen (Samsung Galaxy Emerge J237P) which it did just fine. The seller states upfront "no instructions included" so no surprise there. There are enough online videos to show one how to do the job, mostly. One thing that is skipped over in EVERY video that I watched was placing the double stick tape down properly. This item comes with a pre-cut custom double stick tape form that once I finally figured it out works great. It was the figuring it out that was the most challenging part of the repair. All that would still have given it a five (5) star rating since my phone screen now appears brighter and is more sensitive to the touch than the OEM screen that was originally with the phone. It was easy enough to do a a lot less expensive that a repair shop. The repair estimate was basically the same as the original cost of the phone.The problem that took one star off is the screen protector. It is a nice thick plastic but only 61mm wide. The actual phone screen is 63mm wide. One millimeter on either side may not seem like much but it is very noticeable. I would have tried to contact the seller directly to allow them a chance to resolve the issue before I wrote this review but there was absolutely no way to make direct contact. Not only was there no instructions (as advertised) but there was absolutely no paperwork included for contact information. On the Amazon web site it's possible to leave seller feedback but that's just another type of review. I was not going to return the whole item just because of one part. So, due to wrong size screen protector and no way to contact for a resolution this goes down as a four star review.

It's ok, it broke with in 1 week of being in stalled. Could just be me but my new screen has lasted months

Seems like a great product and with the mentioned one year warranty against defect, who wouldn't buy it? DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Installation and adhesion were easy and great. I originally gave it 5 stars. But 4 months in, the screen went black. Zero image. The phone would vibrate signifying that it was on and when I put in the old cracked screen, image was fine. I kindly reached out to inquire about the warranty and utilise it. I was contacted a couple days later, in very poor English, and asked about the situation. I reiterated the situation. To which she responded in even worse English, that IT needed a picture of the black screen to walk me through how to fix the issue. Did not even address the warranty that I had asked about and brushed me off when I said I would not have the ability to fix it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Works and functions ok; however the 'back' button has to be pressed hard for it to work unlike the menu button that responds to a simple 'tap'.

Really good product, fits perfectly with little experience needed to apply the new screen. A little advice, make sure to clean off the old adhessive from the phone inorder to maximize the adhesion of the new screen.

digitizer works perfectly although the samsung logo on top is blacked out, probably for good reason. I give 5/5 it does what I needed it to do. Its a nice feeling having a new screen and screen protector. would recommend.

I loved it.This item well packaged and easy to put together goodnight texts model of phone,it is well worth it .I would definitely buy this company's item again.
