GERMAN ISSUE PARATROOPER BOOTS WITH NEW VIBRAM SOLES

I love these boots and would recommend them to anybody. They are sometimes hard to get hold of as I think they are genuine army surplus.The leather is extremely soft and supple which makes them so comfortable they feel like slippers. I have forgot I'm wearing them and gone to bed in them a few times. I wear them to work as a builder, I wear them on my motorbike and I wear them hiking. They have never leaked or hurt my feet.They have been pre-used but I assume only for training purposes for maybe a week or two so they arrive broken in and highly polished.The only problem previously ( I've owned 4 pairs ) is the soles have started to come away after 2 to 3 years. The Vibram sole is new and think it has been developed to solve this problem. It looks good.

Probably the best pair of German Paratroop boots I've ever had. They came polished in extremely good condition with a brand new sole. I've been wearing these types of boots as a biker for decades as they are the best in wet weather and will stay dry for hours in pouring rain becasue the leather is so thick. Also provide great protection and comfort. Don'y leave them anywhere damp though as the glue attaching the soles will rot eventually. Can't recommend enough. 10/10

I found that the rubber on the sole seemed to be starting to deteriorate. Other than that, the boots were in good condition (other than the laces, which were totally knackered), but they came up a bit on the small side, so I had to return.From looking at the reviews, it seems that quality varies a fare bit between orders, but at least you can return for a refund if your not 100% happy- so if you need a decent pair of worn in patrol boots, what's the harm in trying out a pair of these?

Simply over the moon with these boots! I work in pest control and I walk and drive to many places. Comfort when driving 1st class and walking 1st class. They arrived polished and ready to wear, so I did, walked out in them within 20 minutes. Perfect. They have a removable insole, bonus for arch support and they are warm! Could not be happier with these boots!

Started the return before the second boot was unpacked as I damn near cut my hand on the shattered plastic heal plate that was hanging out. Now I know they are used but grade one is to say the least "misleading" I've had many pairs of these in the past but these were just Poor unfit for purpose

Have owned a couple of pairs of these in the past, along with British Army issue DMS boots. Must have consigned my last pair of Paras to the bin more than twenty years ago so was delighted to find these here on Amazon. The boots are very comfortable, surprisingly lightweight, they keep your feet dry and warm through the Winter but are perfectly wearable on the hottest summer day.Great all purpose boot, steel toe cap means they can be used for work and they are much more comfortable than any safety boots I have ever tried. Great for walking any time of year anywhere, I well remember "skiing" down the Sgurr Alisdair's Great stone chute in a pair and the long wait at the bottom for my friend in his expensive hiking boots. A very durable boot, I am hoping this pair will outlast me, the vibram sole is great improvement on the original direct molded sole, or the stitched and glued soles found on some pairs which used to fall apart for fun. Better grip and wear and repairable.Arrived very promptly, excellent price for such high quality footwear. Well chuffed with this purchase and I highly recommend both this seller and these boots.

The pair i got for £80 are grade one used, these boots are pretty much done barring the new sole, the interior leather lining is worn to the point has a hole in each heel, the outer leather while soft is marred heavily scuffed and scraped...you can get unissued/new and supergrade for the same price or less than these ones
