Jackco ZT50420 Pocket Jump Starter Deluxe Kit

I am very disappointed in this product. I have used it several times to charge my phone and seemed to get a few charges out of it (well enough), but this morning was the test. I have left a few of my vehicles out of my garage the past week because I've been working in the garage so this morning when I was heading to work I tried firing up the H3. It's been sitting for about 5 days outside, but it's not that cold out at a temp of -17 degrees. My battery in the H3 is only 2 years old and I was disappointed enough that that wasn't able to start the vehicle, but when I grabbed my new Jackco I was sure it was going to work after reading all the reviews...after all, it's not that cold out, right? Yeah right, I hooked it up to the H3 on a full charge and I'd say it gave me a little more juice than the cold dead battery had to turn over the engine. I tried and tried, but it didn't have the juice to start that little inline 5 engine. To rub it in worse, I hopped in the Dodge Ram 5.7 liter engine that's been sitting in the driveway even longer and that fired right up on an even older battery with no jump. This product to me is not worth more than $25...good enough for charging phones or maybe jumping a Prius in +30 degree weather.

Mine stopped working after the return policy expired by Amazon and I am trying to get a refund from the manufacturer.

I did purchase this on the recommendation of my mechanic who absolutely loves his. Bought this for my son for Christmas. We charged it up, tried it out and nothing. Unsure if I should buy another.UPDATE: I did purchase a second one hoping to have better luck. I don't know if this is just a bad bad product or just my bad luck. This second one literally blew apart.Personally I would look for a different brand.

This is a great product. I helped a man jump his dead battery while awaiting the arrival of a flight at the airport. The unit had been in my glove box for a month and I just hooked it up and his car started at once. I have purchased two additional units, one for my truck and one as a gift for my daughter.

Great product. We use it at an auto repair shop to jump start cars. Works every time even if the battery is completely dead. Purchased this one for home use. My kid left is headlights on and called us with a dead battery. Drove over and jumped started his car on the first crank. Will be ordering another for my wife's car. Highly recommend.

My jumpstart won't hold a charge 2 days it has lost down to 2 from 5 on the indicator won't start lawn mower after 2 days?I would like to return for refund ?
