Is this similar to discontinued 'Santa rose' colour?

I used Santa Rose for years and was really upset when Rimmel discontinued it. I would say the Maxi Blush 006 Exposed is the closest to it and I am happy with it 😉

Is this totally matte or has some shimmer to it?
