According to the package there new and supposed to be a quality of 100pcs well as you can see from my Picture What I received And I counted one by one because I purchased them to replace old hooks on jerk baits hard to use when there is NO EYE as the Picture shows and for the Quality of 100pcs yeah only 81pcs and can only use 68 pcs do to damaged/junk product I will not be recommending these to anyone buyer beware JUNK JUNK JUNK.....

They are very sharp, and it's nice to have such an abundance of extra hooks...But the color on them is more of a "Gloss Black" than a "Matte Black" so it still catches a lot of light.So much light in fact, that they almost look silver in the right setting.This may not seem like a big deal to most people, but I was really hoping for the Matte Black look because it really helps the presentation of my Crankbaits in clearer water. These hooks definitely lack on the "stealth department" and that is why they are only receiving 3 stars. If they were a "Matte Black" they would certainly receive 5 stars.

The weld is strong, the hooks are super sharp. An inexpensive hook that looks expensive. Great buy.

These hooks are perfect if you want to make Walleye stingers. Super Shar hooks for a super cheap price. No reason to by from anywhere else.

For the price it seemed worth it. However the red paint chips off fast. The hooks dull faster and feel tinny.
