Superb item!
My family had one of these when I was growing up. Most other spaghetti measures only account for 1, 2, and 3 servings, but this one has measurements for fractional servings and matches them up to an appropriate gender and age. As a result, you can measure out precisely the right amount of spaghetti, angel hair, linguine, or any other long pasta for your family and avoid waste!Mind you, the one I bought here on Amazon travelled to the U.S. from Britain, so give it time to arrive.

Easy to use measure!
This works great as a measure for my son when he has soba. He uses it all the time to measure single servings! It's easy to clean and stores perfectly next to the spaghetti and soba packets.

Ounces = Serving x 4
I've been counting calories and losing weight, bought this spaghetti stick and a digital scale to get some insight into my spaghetti eating.My box of Barilla spaghetti says that (1) serving is 2 ounces, so I figured the serving size on the spaghetti stick was the same, I was wrong. 1 serving per the spaghetti stick is almost 4 ounces, or (2) servings per the nutrition info on the box of spaghetti.The serving size on this spaghetti stick is a nice, comfortable amount to eat, but, it is 4 ounces, or (2) servings per the nutrition information on the box of spaghetti. The 3/4 serving on the stick is 3 ounces, or (1.5) servings per the box of spaghetti.Hope this makes sense.The stick itself is nice, tucks away in the drawer quite nicely.

Service for 1 or 2 or 3 or 4
For those of us who can't measure a serving of pasta, this is the answer. I prefer not to have a half box of left over pasta and this does the trick. Wish I had invented it!!
