At first, this must be used for elderly people and gives comfort and better placement. Product quality is really good and fit exactly on commode. Easy to install with given screws with pack. Works longer too as build quality is good.

Good quality, writing this review after 6 months of use. Could fit on the commode easily, very useful for elderly patients with knee problems.Only con is that it has no provision to attach jet spray, as some elderly need that due to mobility issues.

Comfortable for elderly people.

Great product for seniors citizen or people with back ache. Increases the height of commode without have to spend a fortune on plumbing and uplighting the current position. Do measure and pick the right height.

I would recommend this product. I have not tested for public use, but for individual use, it is good.

Excellent product and services

I purchased this product for a senior citizen in our family. The product arrived on 07-06-2023. Last two daystried with two senior plumbers to get it installed, but it is not fitting properly any of the standard sizeCommodes. Either the product must be wrong size or defective or some parts missing, bottom line it is not working as supposed to. I called the Amazon customer service, they requested proof of images which I uploaded as well, but the issue was not resolved unfortunately. Please don’t order this item , I lost total about Rs 2000, item price was Rs 1449 and spent Rs 600 towards two plumbers. I don’t recommend and would like to share my honest feedback to help other buyers to avoid and save themselves from time and money.
