Once I returned the product on the ground that there no ISO certification stamp on the product anywhere. Another product was sent when I preferred this option. But again similar product was delivered to me. Now I am using it I think it is a good product and gives some relief from pain. But it remains heated for 30 min only and thereafter the heat enegy stored in the bag becomes too small to yield any appreciable effect on heating the affected area.

Not getting heat

Get heated within 10 mins and retains the heat for a long time. Thank you for the awesome product. Only disappointment with the color & print outlook

They could do better with the packaging. The product works well and is good. However, when I received the package, it felt as if I was receiving something old and used.

Fantastic. Satisfied with the product and price. It was delivered within 24 hours. But i received the pink colour instead of blue one that i ordered therefore i give it 3 stars.

Nice , gets heated in 5-10 minutes and keep warm for about 40+ minutes. Good worth for money.

Ok kind of product

I really liked it. It gets hot in a couple of minutes and remain hot for hours. It has a auto cut functionality so you don't need to keep a watch on it while getting charged.
