The product is expensive but does the work . Keeps the water hot for 12 to 15 hrs comfortably .Any ways you do-not have any other better options in this size ( 3.5 lit ) with good brand that you may relay on.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the tea dispenser I received. It stopped working after just a few days of use! The build quality is cheap, and it's clear that the manufacturer cut corners to save a buck.The dispenser's pump mechanism is flimsy and prone to clogging. The design is clumsy, and the materials used are subpar. It's a wonder it worked at all in the first place.The worst part? The customer support is virtually non-existent. I've tried contacting the seller multiple times, and I've been met with complete radio silence.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. It's a complete and utter waste of time and resources. I demand a full refund and a personal apology from the manufacturer.

Think before you buy
This beverage dispenser can hold hot liquids hot only if filled to its full capacity. However, if it is only half-filled or less or more, due to the presence of air in the empty space, it loses its temperature faster.Cleaning is the most tedious task, as coffee dries up in the tube that brings up the coffee and and also in the upper lid. There's no easy way to clean it. It would be really helpful if anyone who is using this can suggest an easy method to clean the lid and the tube. If it is going to be used for water or any other liquid that wouldn't dry up, it will be fine otherwise it's a big inconvenience.Once while travelling, the flask (Which was upright) fell on the car seat and immediately the coffee started pouring out through the spout. It has to be kept upright, when filled, otherwise it will definitely leak.
