I didnt see any efffect on my diet, sleep or appetiteBut definately improved my hair health, energy , blood pressure and overall wellness! My hair loss is almost stopped!Though i am taking number of other steps in diet improvement!

The contents of the product may be good. But the capsule shell is a big problem. It keeps floating or sticking with tour food pipe for hours and hours. Doesn’t move to the stomach easily. Keep drinking water, but it will not go down.
