Patanjali chyawanprash is excellent... it has grainy consistency (not smooth paste) so we can bite/taste the ingredients.Although sugar content is higher compared to other chyawanprash, we can feel the heat producing effect of its ingredients in the throat/stomach. It is ideal for taking in winter/rainy season, and can be avoided during peak summer.A small quantity (1 teaspoon for adults, half for kids) everyday keeps immune system strong and protects from common diseases.
