Patanjali chyawanprash is excellent... it has grainy consistency (not smooth paste) so we can bite/taste the ingredients. Although sugar content is higher compared to other chyawanprash, we can feel the heat producing effect of its ingredients in the throat/stomach. It is ideal for taking in winter/rainy season, and can be avoided during peak summer. A small quantity (1 teaspoon for adults, half for kids) everyday keeps immune system strong and protects from common diseases.

No free gift with the bottle
Along with the Chyawanprash there was a free Honey bottle as shown on the container of the pack which I didn't receive. Please send me the free honey bottle of 100gm. Thanks
