EXCEL HMB 1000mg 120 caps per bottle

I bought this last year, I was on a bulk phase but my training was pretty good. I was taking two pills a day. I didnt notice much until the end of 3rd week. On my bench was always able to hit 225x8 to 10 reps. I went in one day feeling strong and rested I hit 225x5 for pause reps and felt easy did 245x3 paused did 255x2 paused I slapped on 275 and did 5 touch in go reps and dropped set of 225 for 8 reps. I was taking creatine and a pre along with multi vitamin.

Product came ahead of schedule,and Florida vitamins even threw in some free samples of other products. The hmb seems to be doing its job, I have made great gains in my workouts,and seem to recover faster. I don't seem to feel as sore or stiff the day after working out either. Great product and company. Highly recommend.
