Lactose or casein(duh) sensitive people, beware. Otherwise all good
This is my first time trying casein. I doubt it's the quality of the product but it caused bloating. No issues with the whey from this company though. It's my bad luck and judgement that I had to realize that I probably have casein sensitivity with this large purchase. It could have something to do with the higher amount of lactose in this powder, which I have a slight sensitivity to. No idea what I'd do with it now.

Too thick to drink
I've purchased casein for the first time so I'm not sure whether all caseins are this thick because it is too thick to get mixed up with water so I just use half scoop at a time. Anyways, coming to price it's a must try👍

Good stuff
Itz is the cheapest casein in the market. But They didn't compromise the quality. I was a bit worried to be frank when I opened the jar. But dn I mixed it with milk after an intense workout. Oh my goodness. Itz the creamiest casein I ever had. Tastes good, if you don't like the taste, mix it with milk. I'll love it. mixibility is good. No gastric problem or upset. Now Just waiting to see the results. Itz complete value for money.

Excellent for boxers and strength trainers
I'm an amateur boxer who returned to training after after months, hard intense workouts.Trust me folks Proliva Casein makes me stay in competition by helping me in recovery, thanks to the slow digesting protein. I don't have to take it as often as whey and I never feel sore after the weightlifting days!Value for moneyUnflavoured (who cares?)

No longer Value for money.
It was a good casein and whey mix for the price it used to be. (Though I didn't noticed any significant effect)I bought it 2 times. 1st time for 699. 2nd time for 799. 3rd time I checked it was for 899. And now it's for whooping 1099.They are increasing prices rapidly.You can get good pure casein at this price now. It's USP was the price which is no longer now.
