Harassment is about power
The plot was good and overall it was a fantastic read. I cannot reveal much without disclosing crucial elements. It doesn't feel long for a 450 page book. The condition of the book does not qualify for it to be considered a new item. There was some damage to the book.

Came for Big Mouth stayed for the book
I admit I picked this up because of Big Mouth season 3! But what a wonderful read. The attitudes of the characters are very dated and a modern reader will certainly start to feel a bit annoyed by constant comments about strong women and "the gays" but if you can separate the attitudes of some truly unlikable characters from the text it's a very good read. I was concerned it would be quite cliche and there'd be some twist about the main man that we didn't know (no spoilers) but it pleasantly surprised me.

A must read.
It's one of those books which you really cannot put down. Read it with the understanding thattechnology has moved rapidly forward since this book was written.

Male Discrimination in the Workplace
Really good book about male discrimination in the workplace and how some men are replaced by women in certain jobs. There is a creepy moment when Thomas Sanders is exploring a virtual gateway and discovers a virtual representation of his colleague who is also accessing the gateway from his hotel room. It's like something out of a horror movie, but is mainly a distraction from the plot. Both Sanders and Meredith Johnson are engaging as characters.
