Beautiful stylish product with great finish , like other toasters still have to push the bread into slots no drama , Compared to other toaster there seems to be a lot more crumbs scatter underneath even though there are tray to catch this , not sure what that's about ?... Cooks toast perfectly , love the gliding switch to adapt temperature. The good outways the bad I love this product , I have the matching kettle , great look in my kitchen
