Hush Little Polar Bear: A Picture Book

Baby enjoys going through the pictures

18 month selects this every other night. He likes the first half of the book, especially the picture of the whale and beach but then gets bored half way through. Not sure is it the dark scenes or because he doesn't relate as so little but he never wants to finish it. Even the pages of the bear and girl sleeping he keeps saying no. I skip to the last page just so he can scream at the girl and bear to wake them up! I tried singing it, but thats a no no! As another reviewer commented it has a lovely rhyme and a nice cadence to it, just a bit long for now.

Lovely little book purchased for my new granddaughter.

Bought this for my little one (only 12 months at the time) and we read it every night for the bedtime story! He loves it! Great pictures and very nice rhymes.

My little boy is only 6 months and he loves this! Definitely helps to wind him down at bedtime

Edit: now that my daughter is around 18months, she really enjoys this book and it’s also grown on me. I would 100% recommend it.My 9month old is still too young to appreciate this book. I’m not a huge fan of it either as i don’t find the story to be sweet/cute, or to have any moral to it.
