I have run a small sound production business for over 25 years. I used these XLR cables 2 weeks ago with a good quality ElectroVoice dynamic microphone. They were very poor at insulating from noise. Brought home to test each of them, same hum in them both during test hook-up with my other system. Replaced cables with others I use and no hum. I have used lots of brands over the years, these are very poor. Would not buy again.

Stay away from these. Sure they work but with a noticeable hum in the line. I purchased 2 and both of them had the same issue. Thankfully I had extra XLR cords for my gig and used them to eliminate the hum. Good price but not worth the money since they don't provide clean sound.
