This is an important review. This cable is very well designed. What did it resolve: Refresh rates above 240hz for curved OLED monitor. OLED monitors going blank or sudden loss of signal while gaming or on heavy refresh rate workloads. Points to remember: longer DP 2.1 cables don't work for fast refresh rates. The default cable that comes with your monitor (MSI, LG, Samsung, Benq) will face a lot of issues when you have a top end Graphics card. The only solution DP 2.1 80gbps cable (Vesa certified). Nothing works otherwise. Hope this helps others.

Cable quality is good. Looks good too. DP 2.1 compatible perfectly. Works for me 2K@200Hz@10-bit colors / 2K@240Hz@8-bit colors. I bought it for RTX 5090 to solve a weird issue. The issue is that when the PC boots up, it shows a noisy/half/jarring display sometimes, but then when the display power cycles as the Windows login screen pops up, that display issue is gone. I am not able to figure out what the root cause is. It is clearly a DisplayPort handshake issue between the GPU and the monitor. This new cable didn't solve my issue, but nonetheless it is a very good quality cable. I recommend buying 2M even if you want a 1M cable. I'm thinking of keeping it anyway. I would have preferred a low-profile housing, as I have a vertical PC case.

With my Gigabyte FO32U2P, did not work with the RTX 5070Ti. Only a blank display. Works with all DP1.4 ports and displays, with or without DSC. A proper DP2.1 monitor (or card) will not work on this cable, unfortunately I had to return it.

J'ai acheté ce câble UGREEN DisplayPort 2.1 de 2 m pour connecter mes deux écrans 27" 1440p à mon PC, et c'est exactement ce qu'il fallait. Dès qu'on le prend en main, on sent la qualité : le nylon tressé est épais, rigide mais flexible, et les connecteurs en aluminium donnent vraiment une impression de solidité à toute épreuve. Après une semaine d'utilisation, aucun problème de signal : les deux écrans sont reconnus instantanément, pas de scintillement, pas de coupure, et l'image est nickel sur les deux. Le câble ne tire pas, ne s'emmêle pas, et reste bien en place derrière le bureau. C'est du solide, on sent que ça va durer des années sans s'user.
