Mizuno Mens Wave Rider 28

My best pair of shoes yet! Underrated. Cushion feels great, I average 30 miles a week and they hold up very well. For the lower shoe at 140 instead of 160, the value is great feels like it could cost 160. The size fits greats. I absolutely love the color and design on these. Lightweight even for all of the cushion. Would absolutely would recommend, especially for running everyday and cross country. I also did a track workout with them they also worked great!

Comfortable to run in, true to size & has solid durability.

i am a huge fan of Mizuno shows. i dont run, or do any extracurricular activities, i just want comfortable shoes when roaming the earth (i know i am fat). i feel like they did so many things right on this release. they were wearable out of the box, versus with some shoes you have to break them in a bit. They are extremely comfortable. one main thing i have noted is my heel stays stationary in the shoe as i walk. i hate some of these new shoes when you walk your heel will slightly move, hard to explain. to me these compare to the wave horizon 4s, which is the shoe that made me love Mizuno. these shoes were pricey ($140ish) when i purchased and i am fine spending that on these shoes for what they are. i hope this review is helpful, first rodeo reviewing a piece of clothing. cheers

These are great daily trainers. Underrated. On my second pair. Lasting longer than all other brands in the segment that are softer. Trained and run 2 half marathons in them.

My favorite shoes.

Great running shoes in hot weather. Offer just enough support, are light, and medium wide. Work especially well for longer runs, seem to be performing really well beyond 10k.

Very comfortable and supportive neutral gait running shoe. I have numerous versions of this shoe. These were a little shorter in the toe box than the previous version with a little more arch. I wear thinner socks and the fit is good for me.Update...the toe box proved to be too tight for me. After wearing size 10.5 for many years in this shoe, I had to size up to an 11 for better fit.

I am a size 15. The Mizuno's and a few Brooks are the main ones that fit me with a decent size toe box. What I like are, great stability compared to my Brooks, just right cushion but is is not too springy which would lose comfort and stability, a gusseted tongue (must have) as my tongues slide outward, I like the shoelaces compared to other shoes, and they seem to be holding up well. Combined with the looks and I found a keeper. I now have 4 pair. I got rid of my brooks glycerin models as they would let my foot slide off the platform when a ground object slanted my foot. These do not do that. I really almost hurt myself 3 or 4 times with the other shoes. They went in the trash even though they were not worn out. Then I purchased a few more of these. And I tried the Wave Rider 29, it is too cushy soft and seemed to be different in the heel box, like lower, not sure. Returned those. hence why I stocked up on these.

Muy bien, cómodos y ligeros. La placa en la suela les da un plus. Buena calidad por parte de Mizuno.

Perfect running shoes. Comfy, stable and doesn’t lose much grip over time. Good for training in.

Once you find the one that fits stick with it. This is my third pair of Mizuno trainers and they fit my feet really well with a "runner's loop" at the top of the lace holes. The sole is very wide and sturdy, a great all-round gym shoe.
